To the Out-of-Staters

Had to vacuum today- we have fruit flies :)

Little piece of advice to anyone moving out of state:
Instead of taking all of your time to pack and clean.....make sure you pick up all of your medical records and choose new doctors. Turns out there is at least a two month wait list for well-baby visits down here and they won't even THINK about scheduling you for one until they have medical records in hand (which apparently take a month to mail!). So, here I sit with a bloody eye (webMD says it's okay, so I'm not too worried) and a tooth that needs extracted soon while my records slowly find their way down South.....and Bela is on day 2 without her meds for GERD. Luckily she'll get her script today we hope (because it's not pretty without meds!). Aunt Gretchen- you might want to find a ped for little Braden Jr. just in case the wait for well baby exams is at least two months in Buffalo (like it is out here). Meanwhile, just hope none of us get too much sicker :)
I like Dave's email that read: "I still think Michigan's where it's at....unless you want a job!" How true how true! But at least you guys get to eat apples- we have one cider mill in the state and it's LAAAAME!
